Mariah Cathey

Mariah is a rising 3L at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and an active, award-winning member of SULC’s trial team. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and already a dedicated public servant who created and chaired mentorship programs for children in underserved communities.

Mariah was named a 2025 NBPF Fellow and received a $5,000 award to support her during her summer internship at the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office this year.
