Journey Browne
Journey is a rising 3L at Columbia University School of Law, where she is a teaching assistant for constitutional law and contracts law. Journey is also a recipient of the Best Petitioner Brief award for the Fredrick Douglass Moot Court Competition. She previously interned at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and the Bronx District Attorney’s Office.
Journey was awarded an NBPF General Scholarship this year. She is interested in pursuing a career in prosecution because it is the “highest form of public service” and wants “to contribute to a systemt that holds individuals accountable, provides resolution to victims and their families, and strengthens communities through fair and thoughtful enforcement of the law.”
